Many of the people who benefit most from acupuncture simply cannot reach a clinic. Transportation challenges, rural distance, health limitations, financial barriers, and lack of nearby providers keep thousands of individuals across Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina from receiving preventive care. The AIF Mobile Clinic will change this by bringing full-length acupuncture treatments, herbal support, and grounding wellness directly into underserved communities.
Across NC and SC, many individuals are living with untreated pain, chronic stress, sleep issues, digestive struggles, trauma, and burnout without access to integrative care. Insurance rarely covers acupuncture. Many live far from providers or cannot afford treatment. Some have no transportation. Students face overwhelming stress. Rural areas lack alternatives to medication or crisis care.
A mobile clinic removes these barriers and offers care exactly where it is needed. Preventive care should not depend on income or location. Your support makes it possible for us to meet people where they are.

The mobile clinic will travel across Western NC and Upstate SC, setting up in community centers, campuses, parks, rural towns, and event spaces. Each stop will offer free acupuncture sessions, herbal support, and preventive care resources. With climate control, medical equipment, herbs, linens, and treatment supplies onboard, our team will provide safe, comfortable, and dignified care everywhere we go.
Your support helps fund the vehicle, outfit the treatment space, stock herbal medicine, cover travel costs, and ensure trained clinical staff are available at every stop.
